Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a variety of activities that inspire interest and help children develop into confident learners.
- Develop and implement creative educational experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on their child’s progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a fun and supportive work environment.
- Willingness to continue professional development and training.
- Engage with the wider community and engage in community events.
